During 1960 chalingal Mathew valiyamundakkal. Migrated from kottayam and settled at palakkayam village, thachampara panchayath palakkad district of Malabar region. He did mainly rubber in addition to that, he tried his hands an various agricultural crops to support his large family and earned a sufficient income . Alias Mathew (Sunil) S/o Mathew started his first attempt in rubber nursery field in 1986, with the help of his brother Dr. C.M Jacob chalingal, one of the pioneers of rubber nursery is kerala. It was in 1996 Alias Mathew (Sunil) started his own rubber nursery named : " Chalingal rubber nursery & Gardens" on the bank of karimpuzha. (Historical river kunthipuzha is called Karimpuzha.)
Growth
His keen sense of observation and perseverance support and participation from the public – have made. His owner of Ten rubber nursery in palakkad district. Today his rubber nursery and garden supplies hybrid variants of rubber saplings and other seedlings by combining conventional and modern scientific technique.
